Surround yourself in green to decompress! Day 93 of 101 everyday positivity challenge

If you are having a stressful day, a quick and easy way to de-stress is to look at the green. Look out your window or go for a walk. If you can't get to the green outside, look at pictures of a forest or other soothing green shades. Breaking up your pattern during the day will help you be more productive and feel more calm.
