Start with the things you can not change, then try dropping the negative self talk. Once you have practiced on those, try purging toxic relationships - they don't serve you.
Envision releasing the negativity in your life like blowing a dandelion into the wind. Watch what weighs you down, fly away. This lightening up will allow you room to grow!
