Want to avoid illness and reduce stress? Refuel the energy inside of you. Sometimes we reach for "fillers" like food, alcohol, caffeine, etc. that temporarily trick us into thinking we are energetically full. But it's short-lived, fuels emotional distress, and depletes the energy in our bodies.
For true rejuvenation...drink more water, take a nap, find alone reflection time, take a technology break, go for a walk, see a therapist, or spend time with family or friends. Whatever you do healthfully to fill up your cup, it'll be worth it!
