Day 55 of 101 everyday positivity challenge - Accept how you feel for better or worse


However you feel, whether you like the emotion or not, accept it for what it is. You can stay in control of your actions when you don't let your emotions dictate them.


The first step is to acknowledge how you are feeling, without judgement. Then give yourself a little time to figure out what action needs to be taken, if any at all. Once you accept how you feel, you can see things more clearly. Let the actions you take reflect the real you.


Make friends with all your emotions, they will be with you forever, for better or worse!
