It's so easy to focus on our faults and the things we should've, could've done. But it will not help you move forward to find solutions for what ails you. It will keep you stuck in the muck!
What you can do? You can reframe your failures as valuable life lessons. Many of the qualities you have today were learned through the school of hard knocks! I know that is true for me.
Take an inventory of your strengths and write down what's working for you. Sometimes you have to remind yourself of the good stuff.
You become what you focus on. So focus on your current abilities and knowledge to apply your best self. Focus on what works, so you can move past what hurts.
