Help Us Build the Leadership Program Today's Leaders Actually Need

Leadership has changed.

Today's senior leaders are navigating challenges that weren't part of the job a decade ago. They're leading through uncertainty, supporting teams experiencing burnout, managing constant change, addressing mental health concerns, and trying to create workplaces where people feel safe enough to contribute their best ideas.

Technical expertise is no longer enough.

The leaders who are making the greatest impact are those who know how to build trust, regulate their own emotions, communicate with empathy, navigate conflict with confidence, and create psychologically safe environments where people can thrive. In other words, they're leading with emotional intelligence.

At Silver Linings International, we've seen firsthand through our leadership training, trauma-informed programs, and coaching that emotional intelligence isn't a "nice-to-have." It's one of the most important leadership competencies organizations can invest in.

That's why we're dreaming a little.

We're exploring the development of a year-long Leadership Intensive for next year designed specifically for senior leaders who want to strengthen their emotional intelligence and lead healthier, more resilient organizations.

While we're still in the planning stages, we're envisioning a comprehensive experience that could include:

  • EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments to build self-awareness

  • Individual leadership coaching

  • Twelve in-depth learning modules

  • Practical tools leaders can apply immediately

  • A community of leaders learning and growing together

The goal isn't simply to help leaders become better managers. It's to help them become the kind of leaders who inspire trust, retain talented staff, navigate difficult conversations with confidence, and foster workplace cultures where people feel valued and supported.

Drawing from Silver Linings International's expertise in emotional intelligence, trauma-informed leadership, Appreciative Inquiry, and positive psychology, we want this program to be practical, evidence-informed, and deeply relevant to the realities leaders face every day.

But before we build it, we want to hear from the people who know these challenges best.

If you could design the leadership program every senior leader should experience, what would you include?

Are leaders struggling most with:

✔ Leading through uncertainty?

✔ Staff retention?

✔ Burnout?

✔ Conflict?

✔ Accountability?

✔ Building trust?

✔ Leading organizational change?

✔ Creating psychologically safe teams?

✔ Something else entirely?

What leadership skills do today's leaders need that no one ever taught them?

Your insights will help shape a program built around the real needs of organizations, not assumptions.

Together, we can create a leadership experience that equips today's leaders to build stronger teams, healthier workplaces, and more resilient organizations.

Because the future of leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about having the emotional intelligence to ask the right questions, listen well, and lead people with courage, compassion, and confidence.
