Recently, as we wrapped up Cohorts 6 & 7 of our Cultivating Emotional Intelligence for Leaders program—proudly sponsored by the Ohio Trauma-Informed Care Collaborative for Ohio leaders—we witnessed something extraordinary. Participants weren’t just learning leadership theories; they were transforming the way they lead. They stepped into their fullest potential, leading with confidence, connection, and clarity.
