Through four sessions and coaching, you’ll learn to promote cultural humility, create

Cultivating Emotional Intelligence Course: Boost your leadership with practical tools to
manage emotional labor, prevent burnout, and build a thriving, connected team. Through
four interactive workshops and personalized coaching, you’ll sharpen communication,
reduce stress, and lead with confidence.
Trauma-Informed Motivational Interviewing: Learn Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills
within a trauma-informed care framework. Through our 8-hour interactive training and
hands-on activities, you’ll practice integrating MI techniques in a safe and supportive way
to help your clients change and grow.
Trauma-Informed Youth Engagement Workshop Series: Youth workers and adult allies
gain the tools and strategies to safely and effectively engage youth and young adults
using a trauma-informed approach in six two-hour virtual workshops.
Launch My Idea Academy: Master the LMITM eight-step project planning process to
deliver high-impact projects without tokenizing or re-traumatizing participants. You will
plan and launch a real-time stakeholder-involved project like youth councils in our
immersive 10-week program, including personalized coaching.
Facilitation Services: We design and lead safe, inclusive meetings, team-building
sessions, and training that foster trust and respect. Our Facilitator’s Path to Influence and
