Staying in your comfort zone doesn't allow you to grow to your potential. Instead, allow yourself to relax in your 'discomfort zone'. This will give you the resilience needed to make bigger changes or take bigger risks at work or home. Of course, there is a probability when you try new things, you'll fail.
If you are resilient, you will learn from your failures to reach new goals. To increase your 'discomfort zone', you can try changing your routine like parking in a different spot or take a class to learn something new. Let yourself get comfortable with being uncomfortable!
Innovation and personal growth come from taking risks...learn, adapt, and repeat.
