Slow down to speed up! Day 98 of 101 everyday positivity challenge


Slowing down can help you get faster. When we are constantly on the go, go, go... we become less effective and less efficient. Moving from one task to the other without noticing what's going on all around us may feel like progress, but it's actually slowing you down. It's good to pause to take a nap, go for a run, or watch the sunset!


Little breaks like these can help you get faster and be more efficient. Recharging your "batteries" will give you more focus and energy. Being aware of the people and circumstances around you will sharpen your effectiveness. You will be able to accomplish your tasks in less time with better results.


So try slowing down to speed up!!!
