Everyone is talking about how to say "NO" to the things not right for you. If you find it hard to say "NO", try another approach...start with saying "YES" to the things that are right for you.
Saying Yes to yourself, means you are protecting the most important parts of your life like:
mental and physical health
When you say NO to what's not right for you, you are saying YES to yourself. Next time, you feel like you need to say no to someone, ask yourself....is this a time when I need to say YES to me? If the answer is YES, tell them NO...it will make it so much easier!
