Failure is your friend, not your foe. Most of what I've successfully learned in my life has been from trial and error. We fear the greatest teacher of all...FAILURE...when we should embrace it!
We should teach our children and encourage others to be brave enough to risk failure. We can all be role models and share stories of how our own failures led to success. Then we won't have to summon up bravery to risk failure anymore, it will just be 'how it is done' - the new normal.
