Day 42 of 101 everyday positivity challenge - Indulge in mini-breaks for boosts of energy

The last thing you think of doing when you are overwhelmed, overbooked, and behind on a deadline, is to take a mini break.

It's counterintuitive to indulge in a few moments of positivity, but it will give you the energy to get the work done in a more efficient and pleasant manner.

Your mini-break could be just a few minutes to listen to your favorite music, read a few lines from a motivational book, go for a walk, swing on a swing, play with your pet, look at nature or some pictures of your last vacation or whatever would give you a few moments of joy.
